The One Size Headband

Headbands are my go to whenever I’m stuck on what to crochet. I never run out of ideas for headbands. I had something very simple in mind when I began this headband, but the idea quickly took another turn in my head and my hands just followed suit. crochet headband

The One Size Headband fits toddler to adult and can be worn two ways- tied at the back or tied at the front of your head. It also is a plus because you can wear either side you choose. It’s thick and light at the same time and has a ‘squishyness’ to it.If you’re wondering how it will turn out after being washed, don’t worry, it holds up great and still maintains its texture (the headband in golden rod colour has been worn and washed).

Don’t let the texture fool you, the One Size Headband is easy to make. You will love the finished work, I tell you.

– When working the crossed dc stitch, make the DC into the space between each set of crossed DCs. (this will give it a more textured look)
